First, we have a platter of snacks to go with your drinks, made with seasonal ingredients.This was followed by an exquisite dish of a whole steamed abalone served with a rich liver butter sauce.The main dish is Kobe beef sukiyaki.Shabu-shabu made with locally produced Hayama beef, of which only 10 are available per month.Enjoy two types of premium Wagyu beef.Enjoy to your heart's content the finely marbled, meltingly sweet fat of Kobe beef and the exquisite balance of fat and sweet meat of Hayama beef.
